Today I spent all day doing laundry, a task that has escaped me over the last week, and I couldn't help but be grateful for my washer and dryer. It made me think of all my pioneer ancestors washing their clothes every couple of months, and doing it in a river, or bucket.
I complain, too much, about the task of doing laundry, but have to admit I have it so much easier then my ancestors.
So for today, I am truly grateful for these wonderful appliances that make my life so much easier....now if only they could create a machine that folded clean clothes!
