We are grateful for Albuquerque

Okay I know that this is really silly, but I am grateful for the nearest major city....Albuquerque!

I never realized how much I would miss all the conveniences of a big city until we moved away from one. 

You can never quite find what you need in a small town, luckily we have the Internet though.

So it's nice when I need a fix to drive two and half hours to our closest "big city". 

This last week I have been there three times, and I took advantage of those times while I was there.

I was able to go to Costco,Barnes and Noble, Michael's, Panda Express, Kohl's and so many more shops and restaurants.  Doesn't that sound pathetic.

But I am grateful for it!
